The Royal Thai Embassy in Astana carried out a Royal Thai Volunteers' activity at the Support Center for Children in Difficult Life Situations in Astana, Kazakhstan

H.E. Mrs. Piyapin Niyomrerks, Ambassador of Thailand to Kazakhstan led officials and staff of the Royal Thai Embassy in Astana in carrying out a Royal Thai Volunteers’ activity at the Support Center for Children in Difficult Life Situations in Astana, Kazakhstan.
On this occasion, the Embassy delegation received a briefing by the Center on its work to provide care and development for children and youth aged between 3 and 18, including orphans, children from families facing economic difficulties, and those whose parents are required to work away from home for extended periods. The delegation commended the Center for its dedication and commitment to support the vulnerable in the community. The Embassy took this opportunity to contribute some essential items such as clothing and garments in support of the Center’s work.
The activity reflected the spirit of good deeds, compassion, and sharing embodied in the Royal Thai Volunteers initiative. It also contributed to the well-being and happiness of the children and youth at the Center, while further strengthening the Embassy’s ties with local organisations and communities and fostering closer people-to-people relations between Thailand and Kazakhstan.
