On  12 April 2013 H.E. Dr. Charn Jullamon paid the courtesy call on Major General Maikeyev Bagdat Abdykadyrovich, Deputy Minister of Defense of Kazakhstan at Ministry of Defense of Kazakhstan to formerly introduce himself as the first Resident Ambassador of Thailand to Kazakhstan and to also discuss on the defense cooperation between the two countries
