On 29 January 2016 Mr. Seri Muttatarn, Charge d’Affaires, a.i., Royal Thai Embassy in Astana has donated money amount USD 50,000 in the name of Thai Government and the Thai people to the Government of Tajikistan through H.E. Mr. Alizoda Nazirmad, Ambassador of Tajikistan.  The donation is set for humanitarian assistance extended to the people of Tajikistan in Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region where it was affected by the earthquake on 7 December 2015.
