During 17 – 19 October 2016 the Royal Thai Embassy opened the Book of Condolence in respect and remembrance of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej of the Kingdom of Thailand. On 17 October H.E. Mr. Akylbek Kamaldinov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan signed the Book of Condolence on behalf of the Kazakh Government.  Since then, more than 100 people, including representatives from the Kazakh Government, Diplomatic Corps, and International Organizations, as well as the Thai and Kazakh nationals had signed the Book of Condolence.
