On 20 February 2017, the Ambassador of Thailand makes the announcement at Zaysan Hall, Marriott Hotel before 25 Kazakh media people regarding the participation of Thailand in the Astana Expo 2017.  VDO on Thailand and the presentation of Thai Pavilion are shown to the media people as well as the opening of the mascot “Pa Lang” (strength) of which has received great attention from the media.  In this connection, the Ambassador mentions the theme of Thai Pavilion, the development of Thai Bio-energy which Thailand has expertise.  At the end of the event, the Ambassador gives an interview to the Kazakhstan TV Channel and the Business’ State Newspaper.
