On 20 October 2022 the Royal Thai Embassy in Astana organised the wreath-laying ceremony on the occasion of King Chulalongkorn Memorial Day on 23 October 2023. The ceremony was presided over by H.E. Chatchawan Sakornsin, Ambassador of Thailand to Kazakhstan. During the ceremony, the Ambassador, together with the Embassy's diplomats paid homage as tribute to His Majesty King Chulalongkorn.
