On 19 April 2023, H.E. Mr. Chatchawan Sakornsin, Ambassador of Thailand, together with Mr. Chote Trachu, Chairman of the board of Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), graciously opened Thailand booth at the Kazakhstan International Travel Fair 2023 (KITF 2023) in Almaty, Kazakhstan. 5 tour companies from Thailand, namely Sayama Travel Group, Muang Samui Spa Resort, Tez Tour, Anex Tour and Pegas Touristik, also participated in the Thailand booth, led by TAT, Noscow Office.

                      KITF is an annual international event to promote tourism industry in Kazakhstan and Central Asia. This year KITF 2023 is organized during 19 - 21 April 2023 and is participated by many countries, such as Thailand, Azerbaijan, Maldives, South Korea, Italy, Turkey, India, Jordan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Slovenia, Japan, Malaysia, Croatia, and Kazakhstan as well as 93 tour companies.

                      In this occasion, Ambassador of Thailand discussed with TAT representatives on ways and means to promote tourism and people-to-people cooperation between Thailand and Central Asian countries.
