On 14 July 2024, H.E. Mr. Chatchawan Sakornsin, Ambassador of Thailand to Kazakhstan, and the officials of the Royal Thai Embassy in Astana, congratulated the Thai delegation, having won medals in the 35th International Biology Olympiad (IBO 2024), held between 7 - 14 July 2024 in Astana. The 4 Thai students, namely, Mr. Krit Chotiwannaporn, Mr. Suppakorn Lengwehasatit, Mr. Saran Yuruamjai, and Mr. Chayachon Jiemwetwittayaporn, have won a gold, two silver, and a bronze medals in the IBO 2024, bringing a reputation in academic for Thailand.
