During the past 2 weeks, H.E. Mr. Chatchawan Sakornsin, Ambassador of Thailand to Kazakhstan, diplomats and spouses, and staff of the Royal Thai Embassy in Astana, have been taking turns to go see the fights and bring lunchboxes and snacks as encouragement to the National Youth and Junior Team of Thailand that has come to participate in ASBC Youth & Junior Boxing Championships in Astana, Kazakhstan. Yesterday (31 October 2023), Apichit Chaemdi, 54 kg, won against Turkmenistan and, as the first one of the Thai team, secured himself a place in the final round.
