On 23 February 2025, Dr. Orathai Phubunlap Gunaseelan, Chargé d’Affaires of the Royal Thai Embassy in Astana, participated in the CICA Ski Tour 2025 at Astana Golf Club. The event was organized by the Secretariat of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) to foster good relations and enhance close cooperation between the CICA Secretariat and the diplomatic corps in Astana, particularly among CICA member states.
