The Royal Thai Embassy in Astana proudly joined in cheering for and congratulating the Thai youth and junior weightlifting team for their outstanding performance at the 2025 Asian Youth and Junior Weightlifting Championships, held from 4–10 July 2025 in Astana, Kazakhstan.

Thai athletes proudly brought home a total of:
🥇 6 gold medals
🥈 8 silver medals
🥉 3 bronze medals

Medal-winning athletes include:
(1) Ms. Khemika Kamnoedsri – 1 silver and 2 bronze medals (Junior Women 48 kg)
(2) Ms. Natcha Kaewnoi – 3 gold medals (Junior Women 53 kg)
(3) Mr. Nutchanon Chadchay – 1 silver and 1 bronze medal (Youth Men 56 kg)
(4) Mr. Patsaphong Thongsuk – 3 silver medals (Junior Men 65 kg)
(5) Ms. Thanaporn Saetia – 3 gold medals (Junior Women 63 kg)
(6) Ms. Phattharathida Wongsing – 3 silver medals (Junior Women 69 kg)
