On 21 October 2024 the Royal Thai Embassy in Astana organized the wreath-laying ceremony on the occasion of King Chulalongkorn Memorial Day on 23 October 2024. The ceremony was presided over by Dr. Orathai Phubunlap Gunaseelan, Chargé d'Affaires, a.i., who together with the Embassy's personnel, paid homage as tribute to His Majesty King Chulalongkorn.
