On 20 December 2023, H.E. Mr. Chatchawan Sakornsin, Ambassador of Thailand to Kazakhstan, led diplomats, together with their spouses, and staff of the Royal Thai Embassy in Astana to carry out a Royal Thai Volunteers' activity at the Support Center for Children in Difficult Life Situations in Astana, Kazakhstan. In order to promote creative learning and awareness about Thailand among the children, we carried out an activity for them to express their knowledge about Thailand through their paintings. Moreover, the Embassy distributed some stationery, toys aimed at intelligence enhancement and gifts and took this opportunity to host afternoon meal for the children who participated in the activity. Currently, there are about 70 children who are either orphans or those whose parents have faced financial difficulties or have relocated to other cities to work, aged between 3 and 18, living in the Center.
