On 17 April 2025, Her Excellency Mrs. Piyapin Niyomrerks, Ambassador-Designate of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Republic of Kazakhstan, presented the Letters of Credence, accrediting her as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Republic of Kazakhstan, to His Excellency Mr. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, at Akorda, the Presidential Palace, in Astana. On this occasion, President Tokayev congratulated Ambassador Piyapin upon her assumption of this prestigious position, and pledged the Government of Kazakhstan’s full support for the Ambassador in carrying out her mission, while reaffirming his determination to further strengthen relations and deepen cooperation between Thailand and Kazakhstan in all dimensions.
