On 3 June 2023 Mrs. Orathai Phubunlap Gunaseelan, Charge d’affairs, a.i., led the team of the Royal Thai Embassy in Astana in the CICA Bicycle Tour 2023, held in Burabay. The activity was organized in accordance with “World Bicycle Day”, celebrated annually on 3 June, to raise awareness of the significance of bicycles as a critical mode of transport in achieving sustainable development. More than 60 participants from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA), and diplomatic corps in Kazakhstan attended the CICA Bicycle Tour 2023.
