On 21 October 2022 the Royal Thai Embassy in Astana organised the wreath-laying ceremony on the occasion of King Chulalongkorn Memorial Day on 23 October 2022. The ceremony was presided over by Mrs. Orathai Phubunlap Gunaseelan, Chargé d'Affaires, a.i. of the Royal Thai Embassy in Astana. During the ceremony, Chargé d'Affaires, a.i.  together with the Embassy's diplomats and spouses paid homage and stood in tribute to His Majesty King Chulalongkorn.
