Ambassador of Thailand to Kazakhstan, together with authorities of Kazakhstan and the Diplomatic Corps in Astana, participated in the wreath-laying ceremony at "Eternal Falme" War Memorial on the occasion of Remembrance Day, since the Thai Army joined to fight in the battlefield in Europe together with the Allies in 1918. In this regard, in Thailand, there is also wreath-laying ceremony held at World War I Volunteer Monument every year in order to laud and recall the intrepidity, bravery and sacrifice of the Thai Volunteer Force.
