On 26 May 2022, Mr. Wongsakorn Chaichana, Head of the Consular Section of the Royal Thai Embassy in Nur-Sultan hold a meeting with Mr. Askar Aldungarov, Head of the External Migration Department of the Committee of Migration Service under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with representatives from the Department of Consular Services of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Embassy’s representative was informed about the immigration rules and regulations, especially regarding the invitation of foreign citizens to work in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Both sides also exchanged views on how to protect the rights of Thai nationals working in the Republic of Kazakhstan and ways to enhance the consular cooperation between the two countries.
