During 14-18 July 2021, Mr. Paradorn Rangsimaporn, Minister-Counsellor and Deputy Head of Mission of the Royal Thai Embassy in Nur-Sultan, visited the Kyrgyz Republic and met with senior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Investment, the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, and various Kyrgyz experts to explore opportunities to expand trade and investment cooperation, for instance, in agroindustry and food processing, halal products, tourism and the conclusion of a free trade agreement between Thailand and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), as well as to strengthen bilateral relations in all areas. Mr. Rangsimaporn also took this opportunity to visit Thai nationals residing in the Kyrgyz Republic.
