On 18 April 2026, H.E. Mrs. Piyapin Niyomrerks, Ambassador of Thailand to Kazakhstan, welcomed a delegation from Go Study Thailand, the International College of Khon Kaen University, and the Asian Institute of Hospitality and Management during their visit to Kazakhstan to participate in Nuroda Connect 2026 held from 16 - 23 April 2026, with an aim of promoting cooperation in education, providing guidance on studying in Thailand, and strengthening networks between Thai and Kazakhstani educational institutions. On this occasion, the Ambassador provided useful insights to the delegation on Kazakhstan’s education system, government policies and development directions in the education sector, as well as trends in outbound student mobility among Kazakhstani students, which represent a high-potential market in the Central Asian region.
